I think the starting point in my art has always been the same: the colour of the sea, the texture of Dalmatian façades, the colour of the sky and the light of the Mediterranean. It is a space where the light and colour of the South are permanently inscribed in my memory. The Mediterranean spirit is associated with specific landscape and vegetation, the colour of the sea changing from blue to turquoise depending on the time of day or the type of wind, the wind that changes the surface of the sea and the hues of the sky.
